RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want all our customers to be completely in love with their purchase, however, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help.

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

  • You can return any full price item within 10 days of purchase for a store credit.
  • All returns will be issued with a store credit that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size
  • We don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing
  • Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a replacement item, if this is not available, a full refund.
  • Please take due care when trying on any product(s)
  • All Sale Items (including purchases using discount codes) are FINAL.
  • ALL CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE AND NON RETURNABLE, THEY ARE FINAL.
  • CLOSING DOWN SALE DISCOUNT ITEMS ARE FINAL, NON RETURNABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

CONDITION OF RETURN

  • All product(s) must be returned:
    • unworn and unwashed
    • with all original tags still attached
    • not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
    • free of make-up or tan marks

Item will be posted back to the customer at the customers expense if it is deemed not faulty, or of returnable condition.

WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED

  • For hygienic reasons, the following cannot be returned:
    • cosmetics
    • hair products
    • underwear, intimates and hosiery
    • swimwear
    • earrings
  • All SALE items CANNOT be returned and are FINAL.

Midsummer Eve is not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
